Bill Grebe and Todd DeNeui form the developer/builder team behind Sundance Village, LLC. They have over 45 years of combined experience in development, operations and management and have focused in affordable residential town home developments.

Past projects include sites in Vail, Adams County, Denver Metro Area as well as Colorado Springs. Their most recent development, Presidential Estates, started in the spring of 2005, is a 123 unit town home property located in Thornton, Colorado.

Sundance Village LLC saw a need in the Grand Junction marketplace for quality, affordable town homes. Bill Grebe recently told the Daily Sentinel, "We're very cost-conscious.
